Shame! ### 1/5 — trash service *2025-10-27, version 4.1.8* Terrible service. Parcels take a very long time to be delivered to the most inconvenient and farthest location from home. The courier was supposed to deliver the parcel directly to my home, but pretended it wasn't possible and sent it to a pickup point 30 minutes' walk from my house. The parcel was 4 days late. The customer support is inconvenient, impossible to contact, no live chat ### 1/5 — Telefon *2025-10-12, version 4.1.7* Niestety po rejestracji przy próbie zalogowania się do aplikacji wyskakuje konieczność podania numeru telefonu ale niestety tylko z kierunkowym do Rumunii. Nie da rade wprowadzić innego numeru kierunkowego. Niestety są inne kraje do których wysłano przesyłki a nie tylko do tego konkretnego. Gdyby można wcale bym nie dała gwiazdki bo niestety nie mogłam wogole ani razu używać aplikacji. ### 1/5 — Users data absolutely not secure!!! *2025-10-12, version 4.1.7* I just installed app with the phone number that I have just for last 6 month, and I see in app history for someone also with name, dates, addresses, prices for the last 3 years!!! So app provided to me data of another person!!! ### 1/5 — Limited options *2025-09-24, version 4.1.7* The Cargus app feels very restrictive compared to other delivery companies. You can’t extend the storage time of a parcel in the locker directly from the app, and the only way to open a locker is through the app itself — there’s no PIN or alternative option. On top of that, the lockers are limited in number and can only be used for pickups, not for drop-offs. Everytime I need to use the app I get an error that the login token has expired and I need to provide my credentials again. It does not make sense to have this level of security. Am așteptat un pachet o săptămână ca să mi se trimită la o locație greșită, în alt județ, deși le-am comunicat în nenumărate rânduri că eu am pus adresa de livrare corectă, nu s-a făcut absolut nimic și s-a trimis înapoi la depozit. Acum am dat altă comandă nu am fost înștiințată că va veni, m-a sunat curierul, dar nu i-am putut răspunde, la 2 minute l-am sunat, dar mi-a închis în nas. Pachetul,de data aceasta, este la un ship&go din județ, dar nici pe departe apropiat de adresa mea. Am fost astăzi “să-l iau”, dar “datorită” aplicației m-a trimis într-o zonă părăsită. În fine, m-au ajutat niște oameni să găsesc adresa, după să fiu anunțată că ei nu acceptă plata cu cardul, deși pe aplicație spunea că este posibilă și plata cu cardul. ### 1/5 — Stupidest delivery system *2025-07-12, version 4.1.5* I understand big data and why companies want a special app to track our every move. But this has to be the most useless way to deliver packages other than classical postal services. Both the chat and the call center follow the same flow, with very limited options. Basically you cannot get in cobtact with anybody if you dont have a contract. Wasted an hour on this and the customer support was unreachable. ### 1/5 — Curier nesimțit și incult total *2025-06-02, version 4.1.3* Curierul nu a vrut să vină la adresa , m-a chemat la mașină unde m-am prezentat cu toate ca era un tv de 40” . Am cerut sa vad produsul pt ca era cu deschidere colet și a început să spună ca nu este așa și ca oricum produsul este plătit , și ca nu am ce-i face . I am spus ca pe fisa expedierii Altex îmi spune ca am dreptul la deschidere colet , la care a început sa ma jignească ca sunt sărac și ca am pretenții , ca nu îmi văd lungul nasului , i-am spus ca pe banii mei pot cere sa vad produsul fiind comandat online .mi a smuls coletul din mana , a tras de colet și l-a băgat în masina , apoi a plecat . Cu asa atitudine o sa dați faliment . Am platit un produs , mi a fost adus , mi l-a luat fara voia mea și a plecat . Ce fel de curieri aveți , care își bat joc de cumpărători ? De unde îi luați ? Ce fac eu acum cu produsul plătit și fără marfa ? ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — Horrible company *2026-07-10, version 4.2.3* No attempt to deliver. Zero communication. Zero details on where the package is held. No way to get through to them. Asked by their bot on the phone to enter the tracking no via the pad - only accepts numbers (the tracking no has letters and numbers). Upon entering only numbers, still can’t find the package. Their app is a joke, zero way to get any information. I advised the sender to never use this company again. Pure garbage, whoever runs this company, I wish for you to only deal with companies like yours so you never get anything done ever again. ### 1/5 — Delivery Scam *2026-06-08, version 4.2.2* I had a parcel to be delivered on 8 and I never recieved this parcel but in there website while tracking shoes delivered ? How could they cheat there customers ? ### 1/5 — Worst delivery service *2026-05-12, version 4.2.2* Nu vin la adresa, nu trimit mesaj ca vin sa livreze și apoi trimit mesaj ca au încercat dar chipurile nu te-au găsit. A trebuit sa le arat ca nici măcar nu a sunat curierul, ca sa ii conving sa livreze. Și apoi, după ce s-au prefăcut ca livrează duc pachetul la sediul din afara orașului și refuza sa îl ducă măcar la un locker. Prefer orice alta companie de curierat. Sunt îngrozitori. ### 1/5 — Unreliable and not updated *2026-04-17, version 4.2.1* It says the place was open on Saturday, and it wasn't. Also said it's open on Easter, but because I came here for nothing on Saturday, I knew that their own app is not updated. I asked to redirect the package. They did not, they said it's in Magurele. I drove again here. The app is saying that the package is here, and it isn't. One week later: they refused to give me a package that has my name on it, because I don't have the pin, only my ID. But they didn't send me the pin. I paid for that package, it's not correct to not to hand it to me if I can prove it's mine with emails and photo ID. ### 1/5 — Cargus e OK, aplicatia NU *2026-03-08* Cere cont. Nu stau sa fac cont doar ca sa urmaresc un colet. Uninstall. ### 1/5 — The app doesn’t work! *2026-01-23, version 4.1.8* Your app is the worse thing that has happened to me this month. Why it doesn’t work when I try to go through authentication?? The fact that I must download your app in order to collect my parcel is awful. No other shipment company does that. In other NORMAL companies you can scan the barcode on locker and no one forces you to go through hell. You customer service doesn’t help at all, so now I have to wait until my parcel goes back and I cannot do anything about it. I swear I will never use your services ever again! ### 1/5 — Never again Cargus *2026-01-22, version 4.1.8* Shipping takes very long and they don t have boxes to store your packeges in. They only have ship and go’s which are kinda hard to find because they re small and hidden a little bit, you re wasting a lot of time that way and it also happend to me that my package was left at the door for hours by my delivery guy, literally in front of my door for hours. Somebody could ve stolen it. Very unprofessional!! ### 1/5 — Disaster *2025-12-25, version 4.1.8* You can NOT choose other number than the Romaniam number. How the f im supposed to log in and check my package, that is going over 2 weeks and still isn't there? I have been for my package for more than 6 days after it arrived in the country and I still have not received it. Nobody answers your requests , not by phone nor by email. The app is useless and has horrible experience. Extremely bad courier. ### 1/5 — NEVER CARGUS *2025-11-24, version 4.1.8* They never answer to your written messages or phone calls. Their app has randomly selected a random delivery locker, even after I tried to specify a different one. The app does not give you the option to change the delivery method after you make one selection and the app is also poorly made for not giving you the option to edit your delivery method. The app tells you to call an operator, but then an operator literally closed the phone in my face and told me email us if you have any request. AFTER WAITING SO MANY MINUTES ON THE LINE, he said : we can't see packages, we have access to no into. WHAT ?! Keep in mind I had a live delivery and I needed support on the spot with a mistake that they created - it was their fault. Even after writing two emails and one complaint after one month later, I still have no response In my opinion, I think they only exist because of the contracts they have with the companies because the services for individual people are basically non-existent !!!! the worst in the world!!! Payment with card was ok. Status updates work good. Sent 2 packages so far and I'll sent the 3rd one today. Don't think I'll have any issues. One of the previous packages contained a laptop so it was fragile and it got to the destination with no problems. I think this service is very good compared to others in Romania! ### 5/5 — Felicitări *2023-12-05, version 3.0.5* Mulțumesc 🥰The Best ### 4/5 — Update maps and remove zibra phones from couriers *2026-04-21, version 4.2.1* Not all locations are properly corelated on maps nor do they all are registered there.. that’s why the cariers cannot find a postal adress that is on google maps but not on the app’s map… also remove zibra phones from Couriers , iphones are normt registering any calls made by those type of oracle phones… give people proper mobiles to work with otherwise there will be a lot of delays and complaints…thank you to the person that had the patience to deliver the package for us after 4 attempts… ### 3/5 — Meh *2026-05-01, version 4.2.2* The app itself is ok, the overall self service business is badly thought out. There is a reason the competition have included physycal input (touch screen) in every location. Think about that. ### 3/5 — No push notifications *2026-03-31, version 4.2.1* I get timely and useful notifications from every other courier app, but not from this one. The courier shows up at my door, not a peep from the app. Notifications are enabled in Settings, I left the app suspended in background, background app refresh enabled (shouldn’t be needed at all, but anyway), I even reinstalled it; no joy. On top of that, sessions seem to expire really quickly, so almost every time I open the app, I’m greeted by an hourglass. ### 3/5 — Unreliable *2025-02-08, version 4.0.0* Couriers use zero initiative in the face of a problem at a locker. “Oh there was an issue”, but instead of delivering it to a locker close by, or calling you to communicate, they take it to a warehouse and dont inform you. The app tells you it’s in the locker you chose. So annoying ### 3/5 — Bad services *2024-11-15, version 3.3.1* The app is good, but the Cargus services are bad. I had to go to their warehouse to pick a package for which I paid; the front office lady nicely told me it isn’t their fault cause the address was incomplete and couldn’t deliver it. But analysing it at home, the full address was ok (but written in the “Observation”section since that was the only section on the site allowing to add flat number) and they didn’t even tried to call me when they thought it is incomplete to see what may be the correct one ### 3/5 — Buggy and service unreliable *2024-05-30, version 3.1.1* Tapping on any notification opens the app to a never ending loading screen, I have to force quit the app and restart. Package was supposed to be delivered at a Cargus Locker, but it never arrived. Contacted support after about 10 days and they said the locker was busy during all this time and the only option to receive the package was to have it home delivered (kinda defeats the purpose of having lockers?) No apologies or anything. I was never notified about this issue on any channel (app/email/text message), and only solved the problem after I contacted support myself.
