I also got an email for a coupon and when I put the code in, it said it was invalid. When I contacted customer service, they said it was as a glitch and there was no compensation they could offer (even though it was within 30 minutes of this email) ### 5/5 — Never had a bad experience with CarHop! *2024-05-10* Carhop is my go to app for takeout. So your choices are: Put up with them, disable notifications for the app entirely and miss notifications about your deliveries, or delete your account and uninstall the app. I chose the latter. ### 1/5 — Not Tipping Drivers, using Ubers to deliver. *2022-10-28* I had used car hop for quite a few years because they pay restaurants and higher local people to deliver. Last week I ordered with them, and my food was delivered by an Uber! Even worse, they pocketed the drivers tip and tipped the Uber driver only two dollars.
