I spoke to three customer service representatives, and they even contacted me through WhatsApp, yet none of them could solve the simple problem of a driver picking up the wrong order. When you click on the restaurant it tells you that you’ll get your order in maximum 30 min something… but when you pay and order.. it tells you that the estimated time for the delivery is 2 hours to 2:30 hours! So funny! After paying you find out about that, and? There’s no driver number or cari employee number to contact. They let you contact the restaurant itself which Always says that the issue isn’t from them and that the order is ready and it’s the cari driver that didn’t get to the restaurant yet! I once contacted cari support..they told me it’s on the restaurant that the order isn’t ready but the restaurant assured me it’s ready and the driver didn’t take it yet. I also was a subscriber to the 6 months deal. At first it was for real you get free delivery..but then they changed that all of a sudden..to become if you don’t order with a certain amount of money you don’t get free delivery! Yeah! Amazing cari thank you for not letting me know about that before I pay for the subscription! Anyway im sorry to say this app really really disappointed me and i’ll stop using it. That said, after trying multiple platforms, I personally prefer Keeta because it consistently offers free delivery, which saves time and money in the long run. Everyone’s needs are different, but for me, value and convenience matter most, and that’s where Keeta stands out. Also they have promised me previously of a 3kd code for being 2 hours late and they never send it to me and after i confronted them they still ignored me. And they were many time were they ignored my cancellation and they made the whole encounter very unpleasant and difficult and it was so hard getting my money back from them. So don’t bother with them there are many other apps with better customer services and who offers many great deals unlike cari ### 1/5 — Worst app delivery of 2025 you ruined everything *2025-11-21, version 4.9.0* The recent policy adding a minimum order for free delivery completely ruined the app. That was the one feature that made Cari different from the rest, and now it's gone, just like the app from my phone. There are plenty of other apps out there with better deals and customer service. And to make things worse, they deleted all the negative comments on their social media and only left the positive ones. That's dishonest and unprofessional.
