Successful delivery in St. Thomas but days later I had a $750 fraud attempt on the virtual card number inside Cari. I used that number nowhere else and it had specific limits in place. My account was also properly secured.

As someone that’s in Cybersecurity, this strongly suggests the card data was compromised somewhere in or around Cari’s ecosystem. (App, backend, merchant provider, etc)

I can’t recommend this service until they investigate and explain what happened.

They tried charging me $781 last night. Luckily my bank has fraud protection. When I go to delete my account the password field intentionally does not work. Use Boomerang if you’re in USVI for food delivery.

This app is full of problems— both the people and the management. I was overcharged with waiting fees every time I booked with a particular driver. When I reached out, I received no support. I still have not received a response. This morning, I woke up to an email from my bank stating that they attempted to charge my card almost $800. This is ridiculous.

Insane. I downloaded this app last month and now my credit card info is stolen. They initiated a Cari charge for $929.27 on my credit card. 0/5 stars

App needs to be updated! Why can’t I log back into my profile? This app is giving me a headache. It needs to be fixed ASAP.

This app is not capable for the visually impaired. I believe they should fix it by making it accessible for the visually impaired if you want more customers that is.

I have missed delivery greatly from the states, and I cannot believe how easy and efficient ordering on this app was. Patience is needed as nothing happens extremely fast here compared to the states but it was delivered way quicker than the estimated time. App is easy to use. I am so happy with this service!

Only thing remotely close to DoorDash or Uber eats when vacationing or living in USVI, specifically St Thomas …patience as address are much different than stateside. This service is needed on the island and this one is good but we need more.
