Cada semana exigen el mismo formulario como si nunca guardaran la información. Los procesos son lentos, confusos y frustrantes. Uno termina gastando más energía en papeleo que en resolver lo que necesita. La descargué hace más de un mes y desde entonces nada importante funciona. Aquí mi experiencia: ❌ No se puede rastrear ninguna transacción. ❌ No muestra tasa de cambio. ❌ No hay historial de órdenes. ❌ El formulario de contacto da error o simplemente no envía el mensaje. ❌ Nadie responde las consultas, aunque el mensaje logre enviarse. Intenté solicitar entrega a domicilio por la app, pero la sección de atención al cliente está básicamente abandonada. La mayoría de las veces ni siquiera permite enviar la solicitud. Es evidente que nadie le da seguimiento ni actualiza nada en esta aplicación. La única función que más o menos sirve es el localizador de oficinas, pero hasta eso es más fácil hacerlo con Google Maps. Esta app parece que fue lanzada y luego olvidada. Es caótica, inestable y completamente inútil para lo que realmente necesitamos como usuarios. Si esperas gestionar tus remesas aquí, no pierdas tu tiempo. Mejor llama o ve directamente a una sucursal. Caribe Express debe invertir seriamente en arreglar esta aplicación o retirarla hasta que funcione bien.
