Apparently it thinks I live in the Middle East. Fix it - I used to be a platinum member with a standard discount on the old COFE app for Caribou. Now suddenly I don’t have this with the new app. Tried sending a complain twice through the new app’s “contact us” option and never got a response. They dont have even have an option for calling them on the app . - It won’t allow me to login to the app because it says the phone number needs to be 11 digits long. But I put in the USA country code and it still won’t work. Very frustrating as I’d like to use the app 😠. - If you have a +1 phone number in the US don’t waste ur time cuz it says “please enter a valid 11 digit phone number” when you try to login with an already created account don’t download ts - When your drink is on the app but they have to change it cause they don’t have the ingredients - Very bad app - Very slow - When we went to grab a coffee at caribou-dcc, the staff couldn’t just scan the QR code. We need to order our coffee through the app anyway to get points. Some add-ons were also auto-added. Sneaky! - Doesn’t work at all, will not accept my phone number - Apparently caribou has no working apps on iPhone - Cofe App gave better rewards than their own original app this is why they canceled the deal with cofe app - Very bad application not friendly use and hard to understand - Prices have been increased and rewards are so small to be competitive - Third class service in a store that shows my order as ‘pending’ even after I have paid the money yesterday. Beans still not counted and support on the app is non existent. A horrible series of experiences that has made me ignore the coffee store I loved. Thank you Caribou. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. - Super slow application no more fazza applicable and no gold member discount as cofe app - I put in my phone number and it keeps telling me it’s invalid and I need to add more digits. Then I created an account online instead and tried to login and then the same issue with it telling me the phone number is invalid. So Then I tried to just continue as a guest, and it told me that they’re only serving locations in the Arab Nations..… so I don’t know what is wrong with this app. It is supposed to be for the US, right? - This reward program doesn’t make sense. You are physically in the counter, buying coffee and the staff is asking you to go to the app and order via App. Why would you do that if you are just at the counter and there is a long queue behind you? Why not to use the bar code and scanner line Costa or Starbucks do?
