App does not allow you to change or delete connection to change pairing. Crashes repeatedly. Should be zero stars. ### 4/5 — follow steps correctly. *2025-04-22, version 1.0.8* The app works just fine for me . I was having issues at first but it was not the app it was a user error. You just have to make sure you’re following the steps correctly. An electronics engineer and a bed repair technician have looked at the bed frame, which is distributed by South Bay International, to no avail. The Keeson WiFi dongle beneath the bed has been replaced and the multifunction control box reset with no result. To rule out my home WiFi router as the problem my internet provider reset it. I’ve also tried connecting via a mobile phone hotspot. Both iOS and Android phones have failed. Conclusion: this app does not work. It seems to be a rebranded version of the Ronin adjustable bed app, which also does not work. This app has not been updated in a year. It is useless as it is.
