Even after making the payment through the app, the challan status has not been updated as closed, and the amount has not been credited back to my account. There is no proper tracking system to verify the payment, and I am left in the dark about my transaction. In the app they have mentioned that the car service history will be available with in 24hours from the payment. It’s been 5 days, till no response from them. The important thing is they have taken the money but we don’t know whom to contact if there is any issue. This is very misleading and kind of fraud thing. Resolve the issue asap or refund my money. I have send the mail already to customer support ( I really don’t know whether it is a genuine or not). It's bad enough that they're charging for this shoddy service, but to make things worse, the basic information about the fuel type of the vehicle was completely wrong. This glaring mistake has left me questioning the accuracy of the entire service report. The lackluster support team is unresponsive and unreachable, and despite booking an expert review, they're shamelessly trying to dodge accountability by shifting blame onto the OEM. I don't care where they source their details from; if I'm paying for a service, I expect it to be accurate! The fact that they can't even get basic information right is utterly ridiculous. I demand a refund for this atrocious service. When I reached out to the supposed "expert" who assessed the car's condition, he promised to verify the details and get back to me, but surprise surprise, no call back! I want to speak with the manager ASAP. However, even after 60 days, it has still not been settled. Whenever I try to contact them, I only receive automated replies saying it will be settled in 48 or 72 hours, but nothing ever happens. Their customer care is extremely poor, and the service is very disappointing. This is the worst app for challan payments. If I had gone to the court directly, my challan would have been settled in just a few days. The new update now makes it compulsory to log in using OTP, which I find unnecessary and intrusive for the kind of service the app offers. There are plenty of alternatives available that provide similar features without forcing users to register or log in. Sadly, I will be uninstalling this app and switching to one of those.
