Having to constantly log in and out of the app is extremely annoying and the Face ID doesn’t work properly. I hate having to click the settings wheel to log out of the app. Also need to move the tabs from the bottom when my mom needs to sign she always grabs the tablet there and a couple of times she has hit the continue tab before she has sign. The cursor keep spinning when you hit the button and nothing happens. Shift history doesn’t show shifts properly. I passed all training but still getting the popup asking me to complete some of them. This popup appears with every login and i have to click Skip button. Recently it started asking to login twice after FaceID login. After First login it says your session is expired, second login works. Very often the shift schedule and shift history are empty. I called my coordinator and she said she reset the app for me to try again and it still showed the same message. It’s the next day and now I’m sitting in the office with my patient trying to figure out why it’s still not working. ### 1/5 — Bad app *2019-03-01, version 2.2.1* This is the worst app ever it takes me about 4-5 mins to log in and I didn’t get paid for the week... I am very annoyed with this app Hope they fix this ASAP ### 1/5 — Frustrating, glitchy, time consuming *2019-01-11, version 2.1.8* The other commentator hit it on the head. My mom always worries she won’t get paid because she has trouble clocking in/out. It causes her much stress, and on top of that I always have to be there to assist her. The app is overall glitchy, slow, and won’t download updates properly, preventing her from clocking in/out. Now she has to worry about being paid despite doing her job. Mandating this app for all workers was a TERRIBLE idea. Who thought technology use would be a good idea for 40-60 year olds anyway (many of whom don’t even have smart phones). These people didn’t do their market segment research or they just don’t care. Stupid as hell. ### 1/5 — Aweful *2019-01-09, version 2.1.8* The app is glitchy and just overall terrible. Half the time the time doesn’t register. Sometimes I spend 15-20 min trying to clock in or clock out.
