I’m finding notifications are taking ages to come through for shifts and by the time I click on the shift it’s taken already. It happens no matter what network I’m connected to. A lot of shifts need the facility name attached to it. Saying “Aged Care Bendigo or Ballarat” isn’t enough info. Would also be nice if only shifts you were available for were shown. Would save a lot of scrolling. Plus when shifts are accepted & page refreshes, your place gets lost. Filter which enables staff to check the Facilities. After all staff have to be happy to go to a particular shift when allocation staff contact us. Unless I am staring at my phone for 24hrs a day I am missing out on shifts which means I am missing out on earning money.
