万が一に備え安心プランに加入していました。しかし、丁寧に扱ったものの修理不可破損の弁償で約7,000円を請求されました。レンタルした金額と合わせると、買った方がいいのでは？っていう残念な気持ちになりました。安心プランってなんのため？人生で一度も服なんて破くことなんてないし、思い当たる節がないのが悲しいです。乱暴にも扱っては、いませんでしたのでレンタルは、使い込みなので脆くなっていたのだと思います。もしレンタルするのであれば、結局残額払う覚悟くらいで借りて下さい。
当社から全く別の顧客の個人情報を、誤送信されるトラブルもあり、とても安心して利用できるサービスではありません。
今回の対応を受けて、今後利用することはやめようと思います。

先日初めて利用させていただきましたが
ドレスは古いタンスの臭いとワキガの様な臭いが染み付いていました。
ネックレスは黒ずんでおり、カバンはチェーンが壊れていて、全て使う事が出来ず、高いお金を出して頼んだのに結局全て揃える羽目になりました。

返却する際、臭いなど付いていると
料金が発生する場合があると注意書きしてありましたが、返却の際の臭いを言う前にそちらの管理をまずどうにかしていただきたいです。

二度と利用しません。

前回レンタルした時に、返したはずの物が無いと言われ、挙げ句の果てに料金取られそうになりました。
何度も返しているといっていたら、商品が見つかったのか連絡が来なくなりました。そちらの不手際だったら連絡して欲しかったです。モヤモヤしたまま終わりました。次は借りないです。
