This is my second time downloading this app for a video appointment, and this is the second time I cannot login. I know, without a shadow of a doubt, I am using the correct username and password yet the app still will not let me login. I have checked and rechecked my login information, successfully logged in on my pc that I can’t use for a video appointment, and have attempted to login here four times. I even successfully logged in on what I hope is a 3rd party app that I can use for my video appointment, after no luck here.
