We'd love to help figure out what the problem is. The only thing I wish was different is the amount of kids to a car. However, there are some things on the app that I would change. I would have the numbers you were typing in get smaller instead of the keyboard moving down because if you are typing quickly, you click the wrong buttons. I have only had a few hiccups along the way with the app, but they have been solved by trial and error on our end. The biggest thing I have learned is to cut off my wifi as the line walker. Also, we have one person who goes ahead of the line walker and writes down numbers on a paper 20 cars at a time. This speeds me up because I don’t have to answer questions or check about parents without cards as I go. We have 2 lanes that merge into 1, and that makes it super confusing!
