After purchasing I tried to register my vehicle and received a message saying that my vehicle was not compatible despite the fact that it was listed on their compatibility chart. I requested a refund and was denied so I appealed the decision and was denied. They said my purchase doesn’t meet conditions for a refund. Try immediately reported the problem on Apple and I was denied the refund without an explanation. Called Apple and was told since I was denied there’s nothing they can do that. This company is a scam. It’s terrible that Apple is allowing them for other people to download and get scammed like this. And it came from an ad on TikTok that I will also report to.
