The interface is simple to use, with lots of sellers and detailed search filters to help find exactly what I wanted. I especially liked the clear photos, which gave me confidence in my purchase. Communication with sellers was smooth, and the market value comparisons were really helpful. The helpline number they have listed on the website is out of order. You constantly get a message telling you to fill out all the boxes before you can publish, but every single box is filled out. I've tried this for over two hours now. I hate these people. They ask me to get the bank settlement letter from bank and geran from JPJ (queue is long). Then, suddenly they said that can also get both docs from bank. Once the car is sold, they ask us to call bank for ebatal but bank said carlist need to email them with documents to proceed. No proper copy of documents given to owner. No proper advice. We spent a week to settle things. Moving appointments too! These are very much inconvenient. I’ve used to sell my car easily and the dealer peovide the service to settle everything with ease within a day or two. You have a loooong way to go to provide a so-called convenient service.
