Sort the dam app out ### 1/5 — Fail to show correct location *2024-12-27, version 5.14* False location need to be fix asap ### 1/5 — Scammers do NOT USE this device!!! *2024-04-18, version 5.12* Warning to other users if the bill has not gone through then you try to pay for the subscription to re activate it, website glitches and don’t allow you to pay for the premium of which you already was on, to then pay out for the standard one to be able to be aloud to click onto the premium version. To then contact support to be told “ Unfortunately, due to our policy, the subscription is not refunded” of which sending official bank statements over they reply to that of which by that point they have all my personal information. Also second point, don’t even bother paying out for the premium as it’s just as good as the standard, as the notifications is just as bad as you would be lucky if you even get it in the 24 hours prior to a “ vibration detected “ one notification of “ engine started” appeared at 4am the following day of which that was 8 hours ago to late. Imagine if you’re car actually got stollen and the thief taken the tracker out and you was out for the weekend, but it told you 24 hours later, by that point the car can be anywhere and you’d of not known about it. So don’t just assume it would work all the time and that it has you’re back because it doesn’t, the customer service people are so rude and will not own up to there mistakes even if you’ve followed everything they have said to do or what it states on there site.
