Dann hab ich es noch mal mit Profile Diagnose auslesen lassen und da waren sehr viel mehr Fehler vorhanden als das 4 fache mehr also kann man sich nicht mal dadrauf verlassen und vor allem nicht bei Gebraucht Wagen Kauf. War die tage unterwegs und 2 Pannenfahrzeuge angetroffen, da ich denn Adapter im Auto liegen hatte, schnell Abo reaktiviert und angeschlossen, beim Auto wurden denke alle Fehlermeldungen angezeigt die das Auto anzeigen kann, aber die Diagnose hat 0 Fehler gefunden und Auto im Top Zustand angezeigt, beim zweiten Fahrzeug nur 2 Fehler Bremslicht und so, aber die anderen kritischen Fehler wurden nicht angezeigt wie „Störung Bremskraftverstärker“ wurden nicht gefunden/Angezeigt. Ich hab es jetzt bei glaub ich 10 Fahrzeugen getestet und bei keinem hat es alle Fehler angezeigt, nicht mal bei VAG Fahrzeugen. Dann auch Verbindungsabbrüche, aber damit hätte ich leben können wenn es wenigstens alle Fehler finden würde, auch wenn nur denn Fehlercode. Also muss ich leider Sagen es bei meinen Versuchen total unbrauchbar war und ich es für einen Gebrauchtwagen Kauf auf garkeinen Fall verwenden würde, denn wenn es keine oder nur Defekte Lampen Anzeigt würde es denn Fahrzeug Zustand verfälschen und man würde dadurch nicht genauer hinschauen. Die zwei Sterne gebe ich wegen der eigentlich Idee, es wär schon Cool wenn man so ein Gerät einfach im Auto liegen haben konnte und im Notfall es einfach nutzen könnte. **Developer response:** Es tut uns leid, dass Ihre Erfahrung nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat und Ihnen nicht den erhofften Mehrwert geboten hat. You don’t get notifications or receipts. They don’t even add new features (for older cars, idk about new ones), what the heck are we paying for? Avoid!!! Edit: they did the right thing and refunded me. ### 1/5 — The obd full package all cars *2026-06-27, version 41.26.062411* It is the most rubbish thing ever what a scam takes the piss and don’t work on any of my cars I got Audi bmw merc non it works on I spent £230 what a joke scanner was 100 and then a subscription that wasn’t told to me that u have to buy for it to do everything don’t buy trust me better out there ### 1/5 — Absolutely useless customer support!!! *2026-06-27* Used it for a couple of months last year and canceled the subscription in the app store and the app, went bimmercode/bimmerlink as was more usefull to me, i dont understand how their licence works but it charged me trough apple pay for 2025 and then 2 years in my pay pall 2024 and 2025 and apparently you have to manually cancel the auto renewal in there as well as i got billed 3rd year licence a couple of days ago and support is not helpfull saying there are no refunds even the am not using their service and will not be using it for the current year i got billed. Surely you should be able to refund up to 14 days if not happy with their service or if it doesn’t work for you. Slow to connect, does absolutely nothing of use. ### 2/5 — False Advertising - Waste of Money *2026-05-23, version 41.26.051912* I purchased through their website for $99.99 with free obd2 adaptor, nowhere did it say annual subscription. The app works, but disconnects frequently and is very limited in what it can actually do. It can’t do all they advertise, hence the title. They’ll tell you it’s vehicle dependent. They’ll upsell you on features you thought were included as well. There are two other apps that can perform more for less money, and they’ve perpetual licenses. ### 1/5 — Why does it cost so much??? *2026-05-21* I almost bought this with the “free” dongle offer, but then I realized it was a yearly subscription to keep using it which is ridiculous since you don’t add anything over that time! Crazy ripoff AND App claims to show you what it can do before you pay BUT all I get is a stupid notification “Information Congratulations, this function is compatible with your car. For connecting your car finally with Carly, you'll need a Carly scanner. Nevertheless, we want to show you different examples to gain a first impression of this feature. Have Fun!” But then it doesn’t show anything!!! Scam **Developer response:** Thanks for the feedback. Most features and previews are unlocked with the annual license, which is explained in advance. Without an active license and scanner, the app can only show limited examples, not full functionality. Availability also depends on the selected model and year. I didn’t even realise i still had one till suddenly i got a message from my bank saying 90euro was taken. You can’t cancel on the app and you can’t cancel on their website. You’ll have to reach out to their customer support, at which they will tell you too bad, so sad, you have to pay for another year. This company is a scam! Their reply is very misleading. They intentionally make it extremely difficult to cancel and let’s be real… any good, legitimate company would honor their customer’s desire to cancel the day of the renewal. Instead, they say “too bad, you had to cancel a week before the renewal.” Ridiculous! I requested a refund for the charge of $261.47, but my request was rejected. I believe I have been unfairly charged and I feel that I have been misled regarding this subscription renewal. I was not aware that this subscription would renew automatically, and I did not intend to continue using this service. Being charged $261.47 without clearly understanding that this was an annual renewal has caused me financial loss. I believe this situation has been handled unfairly, and I am requesting a proper review of my refund request. For you to understand the codes in more depth, you’d need to pay extra once more! moved to Carista as had a better experience. Out of the blue, another annual payment gets made, even after cancelling the transaction from my back they have still taken the money out and shock horror “no refunds”. They state it needs to be cancelled 30 days before billing. Completely lost all respect for this company, wouldn’t recommend at all. I plug in the Carly unit - immediately the car complains about reduced Command functionality but I press on. Wait for the Carly unit to update as I haven’t used it for a while and then I run the diagnostics - all sytems are green ! Got rid of the first one because I didn’t see being able to by another BMW right away. With that being said. I love this scanner. Coding is easy, the options are listed as to what it does per item. It saves coding options in order to go back if need be. Codes are descriptive so if you’re mechanically inclined it even more worth it. If you have multiple vehicles you can use it on them also. You can also use it for a future purchase to scan.
