We chose CarMax because my dad trusted their reputation, 145+ point inspection, and warranty. We were promised the vehicle would be transferred from Arkansas to the Wichita, KS location at no cost, but that never happened. After purchasing, we discovered a prior accident CarMax couldn’t tell us the severity of. Now we’re stuck with a rental expense because of this situation. This experience has seriously damaged our trust in CarMax.
