When I tried to call to get answers, I was spoken to with zero respect. I was met with attitude, raised voices, and straight-up rudeness. The person on the phone was aggressive and talked down to me like I was nothing. And when I tried to defend myself or even just ask what was going on, they kept cutting me off or hanging up mid-call. This happened multiple times. It felt like they were going out of their way to be cruel. No one should be treated like that, especially after being told they were approved. It was humiliating, stressful, and honestly just disgusting behaviour. There was no professionalism, no basic decency, and no accountability from anyone I spoke to. If you’re thinking about using this service — don’t.
