Now have to contact my bank to stop payments ### 1/5 — Don’t do it! Save yourself! *2026-06-04* I expected higher end help and more direction. What I got was garbage recipes I could find for free. I immediately cancelled my membership in feb after download, only to discover in June that they were STILL CHARGING ME!!!! I emailed customer service to ask for my money back and was told “sorry we can’t give you your money.” This is a complete scam. Stay away. There are tons of free apps out there that do a better job. If you didn’t cancel you will be charged an exorbitant fee automatically for renewing. The choices in the app did not suit my diet as well despite making it clear I did not eat certain foods the app kept suggesting those. I paid for 6 months of coaching and 6 months of the service. Never received coaching and they cut off my service after 28 days. After 11 emails I got zero responses. Now I have to deal with claiming this as fraud on my card. These people are terrible. Great plan and the worst service and IT I’ve ever seen. I wanted to try the free trial offer and downloaded the app, and £11.99 was deducted from my account. I received no notification or anything from the app, I didn't even use it, it's a terrible app anyway. And the other day, another £24.47 was deducted from my account. I contacted customer service, they asked for a photo of the transaction, I sent it. I explained everything clearly, and they just said they would cancel the membership and couldn't refund the money. This is a huge injustice. ### 1/5 — Big scammers *2026-05-01, version 1.5.3* If there is a way to give them no stars, I would. I checked it, stupidly gave them my card and cancelled before the free trial was even done. But still they took the monthly fees from my credit card and a yearly fee of $318 out of my account without any notification or receipts sent to me. If you sign up with them, you just know that you don’t have access to your account or payment info and rely on them to make sure it’s cancelled and stopped (which may or may not happen). And for all you know you may sign up for something and won’t even tell you. Complete frauds ### 1/5 — Bad *2026-04-30* Very bad experience. I do not recommend it at all. They are thieves. I paid for one month, and they kept charging me for more months as if I had signed up for a subscription, which they never clearly tell you about or explain how much you will be paying. You think you are only paying for one month to try it and see how it goes. On top of that, it offers the same thing that any free AI can do without paying. They are misleading and dishonest. Also if you cancel your subscription, keep some form of proof that you canceled because they will make an unauthorized transaction and tell you that you aren’t allowed a refund unless you have proof. But now I have to get all new bank cards. Not worth the pain or the money. ### 1/5 — Watch out *2026-07-06, version 1.10.11* If you decide to subscribe to this be careful because they’ll continue to charge your credit card until you cancel. I apparently subscribed and they’ve been charging me for the last year, even though I haven’t even been in the app. They do not show any renewal emails or give you a heads up that it’s coming they just silently charge your credit card. Scammers ### 1/5 — Thieves *2026-07-05, version 1.10.11* I did not agree to any plans they kept taking money from my account! Emailed them to say I have not subscribed and want a refund- I did not even used the app at all! They have taken hundreds of pounds from my bank! Awful! Awful! Awful! ### 1/5 — SCAM do not purchase *2026-07-04* If I could give -5 stars I would. Signed up to a one month deal, have never accessed or used the app yet it would appear they have automatically added a Mindway app, I’ve tried to access but password reset hasn’t worked to date and I have received a charge of £176 auto renewal for the app which I have contacted them about the same day to dispute but they are hiding behind an internal policy of no refunds *****DO NOT BUY***** **Developer response:** We understand how upsetting this is. Their social media ads promise a lot but what you pay for is under under underwhelming! This app should not be allowed to charge people.
