Use the Carnival HUB app to prepare for your cruise, explore and book shore excursions, spa treatments, drink packages and more. When the time comes, you may also check-in and obtain your boarding documents.

As you board your ship, connect to Carnival’s Wi-Fi to view what’s happening, weather, dining menus and more! Onboard internet purchase is NOT required to use the Carnival HUB app.

First: Ariel, Julius and John were the best waiters we have ever experienced. They were polite, professional, funny and made our experience delightful. I give them 100 stars. 


Everything worked great until the last few days. The App would freeze, making it difficult to check in for early breakfast. 

ALSO, one complaint: the HUB specifically said “No check-in needed on the disembarkation day. Just walk in to sit at a table to eat breakfast.”THEN, we get there, and the girl says, “ you need to check in”
WHAT! I told her, “that’s not what the HUB said”. We even showed her the HUB. All she said was…..I’m sorry.
