I want to go back again next year. All the staff was amazing and the guy I didn’t get his name but he did a wonderful great job on my hair and made me feel so beautiful he’s going to be my hair dresser from here on out since I’ve only get my hair done once every year anyways. I would save my money when it comes to the chat option. My messages were not sent, and I wasn’t receiving messages as well. That made it hard to communicate with my friends. You had to constantly open the app and check to see whether someone had sent you a message. The carnival hub app was a fantastic resource to keep us updated about everything that was going on with the cruise and everything happening on shore. However we just got off the liberty and there were alot of issues with the boat. Dirty throughout ,water in showers breaking. Ac went out. Power in out cabin went out for about an hour. They enjoyed everything and every minute of the cruise. The staff was amazing! The guy that was in charge of our room did an outstanding job! Mr. Wayan keep up the good work. Because of you I had a relaxing and amazing time. Thank you! As far as the App goes well it had its pros & cons. Text messages constantly fail, the workarounds I had to figure out were ridiculous, and there is no one onboard that seems to understand how to troubleshoot the issues to make this POS work. I rate it a -0 if I could. We boarded the ship Friday before noon . Friday night up until Sunday morning we just sat at sea . Arrived at the island Sunday abt 9:30a by 10:15 all 3000 people were running bk to the ship. Kids were falling getting ran over , it started storming. I wouldn’t advise nobody to book here bc how they let us sit at sea going in circles (literally) I cnt make this up. Both days sitting in the ocean were extremely hot days . We only got abt a hour on the island . No money were refunded. I’d felt better had they cancelled the trip bc I’m pretty sure they knew something like a hurricane was coming & to know that & still have us sitting for 2 days in the ocean then let us off when the storm 20 mins away is mind blowing. DO NOT BOOK OR YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. The kids were all over the ship late night while the grown ups were drunk . The shows the service . The numerous food options. The food was delicious. There’s several Carnival Staff embers pinpoint out but to name a few that stuck out to me was the hibachi servers Ms Worhim and the Cook ,Prince. They made my experience super awesome. Harry my room attendant. Kept my room spotless and I barely even saw him the whole time . I would like to request that Carnival continue to add the Rudi Seagrill restaurant to all their new upcoming ships . Every restaurant should follow that standard as far as making sure “everything on the menu is delicious because that is exactly the truth. Everything on that menu is delicious. From the appetizers to the entrees to the deserts . I was extremely pleased with all the free food options as well as the “ $$ “ food options we did both . We have 2 more cruises already scheduled on the Carnival Celebration within the next 6 months. Whoever book this cruise ship will be absolutely satisfied!!
