About

Carnivore food logging with targets, evidence labels, and clear limits on what estimates can show. CarnivOS is built for carnivore, zero-carb, and animal-based eating—not a generic calorie counter with meat added later. — BUTCHER SELECT — Compare logged foods with estimated nutrient targets and find animal-food options. These estimates do not diagnose a deficiency or prescribe treatment. — LONGER-TERM VIEW — Review longer-term intake estimates with visible uncertainty. They are not measurements of nutrient stores in your body. — FOOD AND BODY-SIGNAL DIARY — Log sleep, energy, digestion, mood, joints, focus, and meals in one timeline. Same-day or nearby entries are observations, not proof that one caused the other. — PROFILE-BASED TARGETS — Review nutrient reference targets calculated from the profile information you provide. They are educational estimates, not medical prescriptions. — ELECTROLYTE LOG — Record sodium, potassium, and magnesium alongside symptoms. A food log cannot measure electrolyte status, diagnose a cause, or prescribe an intake. — BILLING — Cancel through your App Store account settings. Purchases and refund requests are handled under the store's applicable policies. CarnivOS is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. Seek qualified medical care for health concerns. Terms of Use: https://carnivos.app/terms.html Privacy Policy: https://carnivos.app/privacy.html

What's New in CarnivOS

1.0.2

August 20, 2026

Fixed inaccurate source citations. Three in-app science explanations (Home, Stats, Fasting) cited PubMed sources that didn't actually back the claim next to them — including one unrelated Parkinson's cell-culture study and one paper that measured lean mass, not nutrient bioavailability. All citations were re-checked against PubMed and replaced with sources that match what they're cited for. No claims changed. Only the sources behind them did.
