This app won’t even let you log in!

Literally have to close the app and login again just to navigate the app. The information you click on will just show a half loaded page. Might as well just use the website. I have a iPhone 11 btw

This app only provides your insurance card information and health alerts, the website says to use this app for your other benefits which you cannot access. This forces you to use the website or call customer service support to access needed information. It’s not conveniently useful app. Two stars for card information being stored but not so much any thing else. Why have an app if it doesn’t provide much?.
