I got to go on a private tour of a NYC art gallery which was amazing. A lot of the restaurants and bars that are on there are hidden gems I wouldn’t have known about on my own. And best of all, the people I’ve met through the app have all been really friendly, fun, and genuine people. The events are carefully curated and some of them are really unique, all the people I met are driven, have international background and education. Most of the events are in a small group so you can get to know each other, find friends or business contacts. Votre compte peut être supprimé à tout moment parce qu’un administrateur sera revenu sur le jugement d’un autre concernant la valeur de votre profil Linkedin … et alors même que vous vous êtes fait des amis sur Carom rencontrés aux différents événements et que le seul moyen pour retrouver leurs coordonnées est de retourner sur le site, ce que vous ne pouvez pas faire étant bloqué… Pas de réponse à vos mails dans ce cas, aucun vrai service client et surtout ce qui est déplorable, AUCUNE ÉTHIQUE. Plusieurs témoignages dans ce sens. I now unfortunately cannot access anything on the app. ### 4/5 — Great community, frustrating app experience *2025-03-15* Carom has an awesome community, especially in Paris, with tons of events happening every day, great for expats! The event management and incentives are solid, making it a fun place to connect. But the app itself? Pretty frustrating. The UI feels clunky, and navigating it is a hassle, especially on big phones. No swipe-to-go-back? Seriously? We’ve been using that gesture for years! Instead, you’re stuck tapping a tiny “<” button, which is a pain for one-handed use.
