Bin mittlerweile durch euch reich geworden!!! Weiter so… Eure App ist der Hammer ### 1/5 — Sehr schlechte Erfahrung mit CarOnSale. *2025-12-16, version 4.10.1* Kurz nach der Kontoeröffnung wurden mir mehrere Fahrzeuge als „gekauft“ zugewiesen, obwohl ich diese weder bewusst erwerben noch bezahlen wollte. Ich habe den Vorfall am selben Tag gemeldet und mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, dass hier ein Fehler vorliegt. Trotz sofortiger Mitteilung, fehlender Klarstellung und fehlender Kommunikation wurden Fahrzeuge erneut versteigert und mir anschließend Kosten in Rechnung gestellt. Auf meine Einwände wurde nicht lösungsorientiert eingegangen, sondern lediglich auf AGB verwiesen. Besonders enttäuschend ist die mangelnde Kundenbetreuung und das fehlende Verständnis für offensichtliche Problemfälle. Für neue Händler absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Wir haben im November ein Fahrzeug ersteigert und sofort bezahlt und abgeholt. Nach einen Monat und vielen unbeantworteten emails haben wir erfahren das die Fahrzeugdokumente verloren gegangen sind. CarOnSale hat uns mitgeteilt das wir das Fahrzeug dennoch nicht zurückgeben können und warten müssen bis jemand die Dokumente neu besorgt. Wir haben mittlerweile einen Rechtsanwalt beauftragt gegen CarOnSale vorzugehen.
