It’s the 17th and I’m still waiting no updates on the tracking site my mechanic is waiting and I’m thinking of ordering it from Amazon to get it Sunday and be done with it and return this. Not sure if I’d recommend bc each experience is different but this one was not a good one that would make me want to return to order again. We’ll see what the rest of the day is and if it’s received by days end which I doubt it’s already after 5pm here and again the tracking hasn’t been updated in 24 hours since yesterday ### 1/5 — DO NOT BUY FROM HERE *2026-06-17, version 1.0.13* Last time I ordered shocks for a 2013 ford escape, all 4 of them were useless. Had to buy them at AutoZone. Gave them one not opportunity, bought some brakes for a 2001 jeep Cherokee, original delivery date came and went, had to reach out for them to ship it out. It will be a week to get my parts. Lesson learned, I’ll pay AutoZone and O’Reilys prices over this place anytime. Take you hard earned money somewhere else. I emailed car parts team and for a whole week straight they just kept wanting me to check in with them through the day like we’re friends and gotta keep in touch 🤨🤦🏽‍♂️ asked nicely for my bulbs they said they’d let me know but every single day after I kept responding they email back saying “if we don’t hear from you we’ll take it all is well on your end” like tf you mean I been emailing back and forth like they my damn girlfriend or something man I just want my damn parts. Well I never got the parts sent just kept going back and forth every time with “if we don’t hear from you” YOU BEEN HEARING FROM ME EVERY DAY FOR A WEEK STRAIGHT. ### 1/5 — They charged me twice *2026-08-02, version 1.0.13* I don’t know why but they have charged my card twice and this isn’t the only issue I had too. I’ve had shipping issues with no package being delivered and it’s a whole process for them. Idk I hope you get the luck the draw using this app because I don’t get it. 230 dollars charged twice on rent day at the end of month. thanks. ### 1/5 — Broken promises - Don’t trust this company *2026-07-20, version 1.0.13* I ordered a catalytic converter that was listed as “guaranteed” to fit my particular year, make, and model on the website. The website also stated this was an unreturnable part. When I took the part to my mechanic he let me know the part was too small and even with welding it would cause my Mercedes sound like a truck. When I contacted CarParts.com, and explained the that this part was guaranteed to fit but actually did not fit, I was put off numerous times over 3 months. Since May I’ve called just about every other week. Each time I called I was promised a call back by the end of the day or within a few days. I did not receive 1 callback including promises made by managers. My last call this past week I was told that my request for a refund was denied and did not offer any compensation. I requested to talk to a manager but was told none were available but one would call me back. I’m still waiting for a manager to call me back. I’m the denial they cited that the part was unreturnable but did not hold themselves accountable for the false promise that the part would fit. They referred to the manufacturer, Magna, denying the refund. Even if Magna denied the refund, CarParts.com bears responsibility because they guaranteed it would fit my pspecific year, make, and model. That’s the only reason I was comfortable making the purchase. This company and the employees lack integrity. Because so many gave me the same promise to check into it and would get back to me by the end of the day says that this must be a part of their training. They are trained to lie if necessary? Wow! I do not trust them at all with future business. It was a horrible experience.
