The GPS Homespotter feature is one that you will find on no other app and makes the home search process a lot of fun!! All you do is point the phone in any direction and any listing that is within a mile shows up on your screen. Great for when you are in the move. It also shows you recently sold listings so you have an idea of whether a home is priced correctly or not.
