Service very poor no help whatsoever

I haven’t used the app in months, tried to cancel it in the app and seems impossible! How the hell do you cancel.
It should be made easy as if people want to cancel they will and by making it so hard it leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Was only going to cancel temporarily but now will be permanently.
