Key Features Create Events Within Groups Group administrators can now create and manage Events directly from their existing Groups. Public or Private Events Choose the visibility that best suits your event: Public Events – Discoverable and accessible to a wider audience. Private Events – Restricted to invited participants and approved attendees. Coordinate Travel with Fellow Attendees Events create a focused environment where attendees can arrange shared journeys to and from the event, helping reduce parking pressure, traffic congestion, travel costs, and environmental impact. Share Events with QR Codes Inviting people to an Event is simple. Each Event generates a unique QR code that can be shared across: Posters and signage Social media Email invitations Printed materials Community noticeboards Guests can scan the QR code using the Carpoolin app to instantly access the Event.
