It indicates one dish at a time during the checkout process that the selected item is limited to a specific time frame and can’t be ordered but will allow me to add back exactly the same. The Dine Rewards site does not properly address cards purchased on line and you want to use them. Card number entry for account balance should be encouraged to promote more sales. I struggle taking the on-line purchase, printing out the card information and taking it to the restaurant for use. It looked like it had sat overnight before being served to us. On the website, it mentions several app exclusive meals available, but when you go to order them, the app has an error and says that they are not available. When I called the restaurant to confirm, they said those items are not sold. I decided not to make the order at that time. The coupon expired. Today, I tried to make an order and the same items I wanted were still in my bag. I tried to proceed with the order and was alerted that the coupon expired, and the app would not allow me to remove the coupon nor would it remove the coupon itself. The app would not allow me to move on to the payment information or coupons or gift cards because of the coupon expired alert that I received when trying to proceed. I also got the same alert even after clearing my basket and trying to make the same order all over again by adding the items back to the basket. I had to delete and reinstall the app and set up the order for a third time in order to even get to the payment information again. The app also won’t allow me to add my gift card to pay for the order. Please fix your app. ### 1/5 — Worst *2025-12-05, version 5.9.0* The Carrabbas app has to be one of the absolute worst I have ever attempted to order from. You cannot order something that can be ordered in restuarant with your meal. It will not allow you to add meat sauce and meatballs to spaghetti. Ridiculous. It also does not let me sign in. I’ve tried repeatedly and it continues to say the captcha was not answered correctly, yet never presented a captcha, just blank sign in. It also does not send the rest link to my email as it continues to say it did. The email is correct. Cannot stand this app. So many things wrong with it. You HAVE to give a star to accept the review, otherwise I give it a -0. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2025-10-02, version 5.7.1* App never lets me sign in. Created an account so many times but never lets me use it and when I do forget password it never sends an email. Why have an awards program when the app doesn’t actually let you log in and collect rewards? ### 1/5 — Can’t sign into my account *2024-09-15, version 4.5.1* What is the point of having a rewards system if you can’t sign into it. It always tells me to try again later. I used the app to get on the waitlist clearly it gave me confirmation etc. I waited in the car for 45 minutes no text saying table is ready etc. I went into the restaurant and they had me on the list but didn’t call or used the excuse the app doesn’t work. They seated me within a reasonable amount of time. Dinner was good. I emailed corporate and they said this app is not functioning and doesn’t work. She said they removed it from the App Store.
