Es hat 3 km auf dem Tacho und ist nagelneu., Bremse vorne geht nicht richtig bremse hinten geht nicht richtig das elektronische Schloss öffnet nicht ordentlich man muss es vier mal entsperren, bis es aufgeht. In der App ist mir nicht klar, ob ich zum Fahrradfahren mich verifizieren muss oder nicht . Ich konnte das Fahrzeug buchen, ohne ausreichend hohes Guthaben, es wurden keine Zahlungsdaten abgefragt Ich konnte von zu Hause nicht sehen, ob das E-Bike voll geladen ist oder nur teilweise geladen ist also bin ich runtergegangen Der Sitz ist nicht höhenverstellbar Bei der Schadensmeldung gibt es bei den meisten kein Freitext Feld und ich muss aber ein Foto machen, wenn die Bremse defekt ist. Dann mache ich ein Foto der Bremse, ohne dass man die unzureichende Bremswirkung auf dem Foto erkennen könnte. Bei Fehlermeldungen oder Schadensmeldungen mit Textfeld ist das Feld eine Zeile und wenn man eine längere Beschreibung eingibt, kann man die nicht mehr sinnvoll lesen, weil es nicht in mehreren Zeilen Umbrüchen angezeigt wird In Summe macht es einen etwas durchschnittlichen Eindruck.
