When you are trying to track the taxi, the app keeps crashing. So you can’t track the taxi.

The app has started crashing since 17/11/24, after i get assigned a driver the app crashes everytime i try to load it. Other than this when using previously, perfect

Since the recent update, the app doesn’t move past the terms and conditions page, when the tick is pressed it spins and doesn’t progress. If I delete the app and redownload it opens as normal and asks to log on, but the next time I go to use the app it has the same issue as above.

Great drivers. Awesome service.
Unable to pay by card on the app recently. Which is a bummer especially when you don’t want to spend time bringing card or cash out your pocket to pay.
