The driver does multiple deliveries and by the time my food is delivered it’s cold. Customer service is useless, once I asked if the drivers do multiple deliveries they lied and said no, but when I asked the driver he confirmed that he was forced to do deliveries before delivering my order. Once the drivers are in the compound they mark on the app that the order is delivered and they keep on roaming around the compound looking for my unit even though my location is clearly shown on the app. ### 1/5 — Continuous Error after loading app *2021-09-06, version 2.0.67* Carriage Qatar has issues. Second of all they’ll always ask you to send a photo if you gave them a complaint about the order as if they do not trust you. They also take a lot of time to reply which is annoying especially when you are hungry. All in all their customer service is the worst compared with the other delivery apps. I’d recommend ordering from Snoonu or talabat instead. ### 1/5 — Bunch of idiots *2021-07-22, version 2.0.67* This food app i dont recommend at all with this clowns in customer service. Every time u ask the costumer service about your order, they would say that the restaurant is taking a long time and its crowded there. But as soon as I called the restaurant they knew my order cause I was the only one and they said that the driver is way to late, it been 40 minutes since the order was ready! The food was cold so that made me believe the restaurant. ### 1/5 — Wallet *2021-06-04, version 2.0.65* Do not ever download this app! Poor service. They do not inform their customers that the wallet money can’t be used with all the listed restaurants. And it takes forever for them to return your money back to your bank. They should be honest, do not deceive people.
