Why? Why push an app that’s even worse than this one? Imagine that, my reviews just up and vanished. Guess they didn’t like my stinging rebuke of the ongoing incompetence. The last one was posted here because the app lost all of my information and was thus nonfunctional. 4 years of messing around and we still have an unreliable app. ### 1/5 — Horrible! *2025-04-04, version 1.8.12* Does not give the same info you get on the wall. Goes offline often and disappointing limits on humidity levels for both summer and winter. What I’m really disappointed in now as you changed your easy to see royal blue color on the app icon to a very hard to see gray icon. Please switch back to the blue color that is known to be Carrier and is much easier to find amongst all my apps. ### 1/5 — WARNING BRICK UPDATE *2025-04-02, version 1.8.12* Version 1.8.12 bricks the app and forces a move to the new SmartHome app which is inferior! If you are going to force a move the new app better at least have the same functionality, like outdoor air temperature as measured by the unit is no longer displayed!!!
