It doesn’t work even if the wifi signal is full 2. If it works then only 1 click works and then nothing works keep pressing any key - no response 3. First of all, remote control, alexa and app control do not integrate well. If you control app through remote and if you want to control using app, you first have to reset app by pressing power button in app.App feels third class. 4/10 times, ac does not respond to app controls. I have to close and reopen apps multiple times to get things working. A group of college students can build great apps but Carrier not focusing on App fluidity is absurd. I have 3 Carrier AC and one is 10 years old working without any major problem.
