I should be able to access my chillers at all times. Why do I have to call you to get a code to my own chiller. Useless unless you have all the time in the world to hang out on hold while your plant sits and waits on carrier to answer. Crazy.

Great app to keep customers out of service and factory parameters but…..the factory unlock QR Scan and QR Code Input, generate Error Code 3. This has become a bit of a headache for needing to get in and check the factory settings by having to call carrier and wait till next day for a 48hr code. Fix this and the whole concept would be100 in my book.
