Ok, so the application doesnt work, the developers know it and nothing is done to try to fix it. Not a single release done in the last year…way to go Carris

Hard to believe this has even been left on the app store in this state, it’s embarrassingly bad. Crashes if you attempt to scroll on the home screen, search doesn’t work, setting locations on the map doesn’t produce any routes. What’s the point?

This app doesn’t work on my iPhone SE. I tried to use it with the previous iOS and with the the new one (17) and it hasn’t worked for me. No matter what I do, it gives me a buggy response.
- If I try to scroll down in the home page, the app closes itself
- There is no results, no matter what I search or how I try to do it (by route, by pinning the desired place, etc.)
- I wanted to give feedback, but when I clicked the CTA to do so, even then I got a very strange error (no email was found on this phone). 

This app is very buggy. It should be tested properly before releasing it to hundreds of thousands of users living in Lisbon.

Downloaded this to assist in getting around Lisboa on a brief holiday. The app won’t allow you to search for routes, or show timetables, and repeatedly crashes if you even breathe on it incorrectly. The map was, to be fair, quite useful looking but no better than Google or Apple Maps.

O aplicativo tem uma péssima capacidade de resposta e atrevo-me a dizer que ela até é nula:

1- é impossível adicionar qualquer paragem aos favoritos voto dar uma mensagem de erro a dizer “paragens não disponíveis” mesmo estando debaixo de uma!

2- resposta nula ao escrever qualquer destino sendo assim impossível descobrir qualquer alternativa;

3- o aplicativo tem uma opção para “enviar o seu feedback”. Depois de perder o tempo a escrevê-lo recebi uma resposta a dizer que é impossível enviar. 

Como diziam num comentário anterior: “vejam como é que se trabalha no estrangeiro”.

Há pelo ou menos dois meses, a app simplesmente não mostra mais NENHUMA informação. É absurdo uma empresa com o tamanho da Carris ter um serviço péssimo como este. Vergonha

A app é muito instável, isto é, ao abrir em 3 milissegundos fecha logo. E quando funciona a informação dos autocarros a maior parte do tempo nunca é correcta. Malta vejam como funciona nos outrossim países europeus .
Apple não retira esta app? Está sentada a fazer o quê?
Péssimo serviço dado aos cidadãos. Empresas públicas é isto. Salário no final do mês e pronto.

I couldn't believe the only review saying "not working at all" so I gave it a try and ... really, it's worse than I expected. It looks not so bad but it is not very user friendly and mainly - it doesn't find any connection nor bus stops ... simply nothing.

Sometimes works fine, often doesn’t. I don’t know if it’s a dev issue or a undersized/crappy architecture but you need to do something. The must have is barely here

Man kann sehen, wo die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel fahren, jedoch ist es nicht möglich die Abfahrtszeiten zu sehen. Man kann zwar einstellen wann man losfahren möchte, jedoch hat das keinen erkennbaren Einfluss auf die angezeigten Verbindungen. Dies bleiben immer die gleichen. Wenn man nur tagsüber mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln fahren möchte, reicht diese App vollkommen aus. Will man auch nachts noch jede Anschlussverbindung erreichen, ist diese App mit Vorsicht zu genießen.

Using it on a German phone, the bus stops are not loading (the spinner just stays forever), the schedules for any stop are also not loading and I just don’t get how the „Pick on map“ feature is supposed to work. If I pick a street or even the bus stop icon in the maps, I always get 0 results.
However, the app is still useful for checking the routes of the busses and trams.
