Have to book through using whatsapp. Then received a notification from the app about upcoming appointment but when click on the notification in the app it shows there is no upcoming appointment. Also, I have 2 car with the same car plate to select. seems like the DB record has some duplication resulting in all these bugs? ### 2/5 — Doesnt work half of the time *2024-06-29, version 4.10.6* The main function of the app is for searching Used car, but half of the time it doesnt work, clicking on things doesnt response, going back to a completely blank page. I sold my car on sgcarmart. Second hand car market is a passé idea. Late entry into a dieing trade. Was told mobile site and app works. 1 week later~ Mobile app and mobile site still cant click any buttons like scheduling test drive or giving quotes. Not sure if this is a real company that sells cars, i cant book appointments with the seller. ### 2/5 — Tech issues *2016-09-10, version 1.10.5* App keeps throwing you out and crashes. Neither option yes or no leads to successful creation of account. Separate problem. If OTP is halfway filled in, auto-populate will not overwrite the existing digits, it’ll just tag on till the end of whatever had been populated and then first problem occurs. How to do business if account can’t even be created. Tsk. ### 1/5 — Bad Ux from start *2022-11-18, version 4.9.12* Your verify code experience is totally off. By placing a resend code as primary button and instead of submit after entering the code just make it too confusing. Your error message is surely quite wrong “Oops” with option yes or no. How does that even helps? It have to be a clear message of something that helps me as user not by “Oops”. Error message is a must put more thoughts into it, to ensure it helps user to understand what goes wrong and how to make it right. Can’t even move to next since I am stuck with verify code that doesn’t make any sense and endless loading. ### 1/5 — Not working *2021-01-17, version 3.06* The app is not working. It stays with the introduction screen! He s very positive and never fail to entertain me with his busy schedule. I love the way he manage his client in a very professional way. Hari is an asset to the company. * Brian Low, after service team is another guy with a positive attitude, friendly approach. He can mingle well, and a very helpful man.
