None of my Fans (6EA)…gone. Luckily I still have the old app and it works so I’ve reverted. Honestly, like the old version better. New version is too cluttered. ### 5/5 — Customer Service is great *2026-05-12* We can no longer sign in and remotely control our home. Update! Customer service was great and helpful and was fixed. Also one of your fans went out. Need to warranty it. They warrantied the fan and was covered. It doesn't use the same login database apparently you have to re-register and re-create all of your links and all of your shortcuts. They have a name for that. since I don't have a login, I'm not gonna create another one now. I'll just use the regular remote and have to suffer through and I reckon I can't reinstall the old one on my iphone, but I will not install the new one on my iPad!
