Many times you play against a Grand Champion or above while you are at a much lower level. I had accidentally uninstalled the Carrom King game and reinstalled it later. My account was already linked with my Apple ID, but after logging in again, all my coins were gone. I lost 26 lakhs coins that I earned over many years of playing. I contacted the support team multiple times through email, but they couldn’t provide any solution. Very poor development team and extremely bad customer support. They don’t care about players or their progress at all. This is the worst gaming experience of my life.
