The advertisement are way too long ### 4/5 — Match Making could be better *2026-04-23* This is a fun game. I play it quite often. My only complaint is that the matchmaking could be better. Many times you play against a Grand Champion or above while you are at a much lower level. One feature I would request is the ability to change the colour of the aimer. **Developer response:** Hi Saptarshi, There's a difference in the computer's play depending upon the difficulty level you've chosen. It plays leniently in the easy levels & as you move towards harder levels, it plays more accurately & gives a tough competition. But when I play live with any opponent , the game keeps on hanging . Also acts weird. If you continue to face the problem, please email us at support@carromking.com and we will help you. ### 3/5 — Problem with the change of DP & name! *2023-12-23* I been using this game consistently for the last one year now! & ofc I am addicted to it cuz it’s a childhood thing and brings back memories time to time… However, for IOS users who has this app connected with their iCloud/gaming center .. they don’t have any sort of access to change their profile or even name within the game itself… it’s really irritating cause regardless of constant updates of the game still this glitch has not been fixed yet!!! I’ve done everything I could from my end.. Though, the problem seems to be within this app specifically… cause, all my other games that are connected with my gaming center shows my profile/name perfectly fine…. Just this app doesn’t 😞the only option it gives is change of avatars bought within the game… Nthn else… I wish their was an option to save the progress I’ve hardly worked on and put all efforts on and login with a fb acc so that I could have access to change my profile/name and still have my old stat….😞😞😞 really saddening and disappointing! I wouldn’t have mind it if it was the same from the beginning but after getting hooked it’s a pain, will be moving to something else soon. Giving up and not wasting any more of my time. I don’t recommend this to anyone not wanting an app that does nothing but waste your time. I had accidentally uninstalled the Carrom King game and reinstalled it later. My account was already linked with my Apple ID, but after logging in again, all my coins were gone. I lost 26 lakhs coins that I earned over many years of playing. I contacted the support team multiple times through email, but they couldn’t provide any solution. Very poor development team and extremely bad customer support. They don’t care about players or their progress at all. This is the worst gaming experience of my life. I’m uninstalling this game permanently and letting others know about this issue so they don’t waste their time and money. ⭐️( one star is too much) ### 1/5 — Minus star *2024-04-25* I spend few dollars to get points or cash so that I can get striker but my transaction become successful and no cash/ points got . Send them message on what’s app they said prove the transaction and send then proof of purchase transaction successful and got reply that as per our policy we can’t return. Big cheater . Never buy anything from here. Even you will not get striker u want and other striker started updating when ur transaction become successful. I don’t know why but for some reason carrom doesn’t allow icloud gaming center player who r using their Apple id to have access to their profile…. please please make an update for Apple users who love carrom so much … allow them to change their DP by using their iCloud gaming center account…. However I can’t see the striker in the game application. And I was trying to buy it again and again but it was saying that purchase successful and they deducted 56.41$ from my credit card and still I can’t see the striker in the game application.
