When calling the Doral store all they could say was they don’t know what happened. It’s no surprise they make it nearly impossible to contact corporate regarding a complaint. For example: I ordered some items in advance for pickup, I arrived at the location only to find they are out of what I ordered. I do not want to substitute it with something so I would like a refund. There is no way for me or the staff at the store to accommodate this. So what do I do now? Dispute the charges with my bank? And to top it it off the head of staff seem a bit annoyed that I wanted my money back but that’s another topic. This was my first experience with the app and the restaurant.
