## What is Carry?

Get it out of your head in seconds. Voice, screenshot or type — Carry catches everything so your brain doesn't have to.

Most of what you're managing never makes it onto a list. It just lives in your head — the school thing, the appointment, the thing you nearly forgot, the shopping list.

Carry is the app that gets it out.

Just tap the mic and say everything on your mind. Carry listens, categorises, and organises it — instantly. No typing, no forms, no friction. Just say it and it's done.

VOICE FIRST
Speak naturally. "Leo has football Thursday at 4pm" — Carry hears it, files it, and reminds you an hour before. Say everything at once. Carry sorts it out.

LISTS IN SECONDS
"Shopping list — milk, eggs, bread, butter" becomes one tidy card with everything on it. Works for pharmacy lists, packing lists, gift lists — whatever you need to remember.

UPLOAD ANYTHING
Screenshot a confirmation email, a booking, a school letter. Carry reads it and pulls out everything that matters.

CALENDAR SYNC
Anything with a date goes straight to your Apple Calendar with one tap — pre-filled and ready.

MORNING BRIEFING
At 7am, if you have things on that day, Carry sends a quiet heads up. Not an alarm. Just a nudge.

SIGN IN WITH APPLE
One tap, Face ID, you're in. No email, no password, nothing to remember.

SIX CATEGORIES
Family. Home. Health. Errands. Me. Work. Everything sorted, nothing lost.

BUILT FOR REAL LIFE
Not another productivity app. Not another list. Carry is for the person who's holding everything in their head and just needs somewhere to put it down.

Free to download. No subscription needed to get started.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.4 — 2026-08-28

Carry keeps improving based on feedback from our lovely users.

The home screen is different. On Your Mind items now sit at the top, right where they should be. The things rattling around in your head are the first things you see when you open Carry. And the calendar and menu are now proper buttons in the header rather than buried in a menu.

You can now edit items directly from the timeline. Tap a title, change it. Tap a time, update it. Done. No extra screens, no friction.

Deleting a recurring item now asks what you actually mean. Just this one, or stop all future reminders? It was a small thing that was causing real frustration.

If you mention your period, Carry will ask if you'd like a gentle heads up before your next one. No pressure, no tracking unless you want it.

And if you use Carry for a proper brain dump, it can now log that as Mindful Minutes in Apple Health. Because getting things out of your head genuinely is good for your mind.

A few quieter things: shopping lists now render properly with line breaks. The Sunday notification has been updated. The review prompt appears after your tenth item.

Thank you for being here. Keep talking.

### 1.3 — 2026-07-27

This one's been a while coming, and it's a good one.

You can now sign in with Apple — one tap, Face ID, done. No email, no password. For anyone who's been putting off creating an account, this is for you.

Lists. Say "shopping list — milk, eggs, bread, butter" and Carry creates one tidy card with everything on it. Works for pharmacy lists, packing lists, gift lists, whatever you need.

If you speak French (or any language other than English), Carry now listens in your language. About time.

A few things that were quietly wrong are now quietly right — items with dates but no specific time now appear in your timeline, moving an item between categories no longer makes it disappear, and if you're in a timezone west of UTC you'll no longer see tomorrow's items showing up today.

And if you've been using Carry for a while, you might get a gentle nudge to leave a review. It genuinely means a lot.

Thank you for being here.

### 1.2 — 2026-06-17

A lot has been quietly improved since the last version.
You can now share any item straight from Carry — tap the share icon on a card and send it via iMessage, WhatsApp, wherever. Useful for the things other people need to know about too.
Screenshot upload now works from the text input panel as well as the main screen.
We've also made the text easier to read throughout the app — small change, big difference.
And if you're in Settings, there's now a link to At Capacity — the editorial side of Carry, where we write about the science and stories behind the mental load.
As always, thank you for using Carry.

### 1.1 — 2026-06-06

Version 1.1
A lot has changed since you last opened Carry — and most of it came from you.
Items now appear the moment you stop speaking. No waiting. Just say it and it's there.
You can upload screenshots of confirmations, bookings, and school letters. Carry reads them and pulls out everything that matters.
Anything with a date and time can go straight to your Apple Calendar with one tap — pre-filled, labelled, ready.
At 7am, if you have things on that day, you'll get a quiet notification. Not an alarm. Just a gentle heads up.
Carry now understands French, English, and whatever comes out when you're tired and mixing both.
A few things that were quietly broken are now quietly fixed.
Thank you for being here early. It means everything.
