## What is Carryo?

Carryo connects people who need to send parcels with travellers already heading in the right direction — making delivery faster, cheaper, and more personal than traditional couriers.

SEND A PACKAGE
Post your delivery request with pickup and drop-off locations, package details, and your preferred window. Carryo matches you with a verified traveller going your way. Pay securely via UPI — funds are held in escrow until delivery is confirmed.

CARRY & EARN
Already travelling? Declare your route and pick up delivery requests that fit your trip. Earn extra income simply by carrying a parcel on a journey you're already making.

BUILT ON TRUST
• Dual OTP handoff — a unique code confirms pickup, another confirms delivery. No OTP, no handoff.
• Payment escrow — sender's money is held safely until the parcel is delivered and confirmed.
• KYC-verified travellers — Aadhaar verification before any traveller can accept deliveries.
• In-app calling — contact your sender or traveller without sharing personal numbers.
• Raise a dispute — if something goes wrong, our team steps in to resolve it.

SMART MATCHING
Carryo automatically matches your delivery request with travellers whose routes overlap yours — no manual searching, no cold calling strangers.

HOW IT WORKS
Sender: Post request → Get matched → Pay via UPI → Track delivery → Confirm with OTP → Rate your traveller

Traveller: Declare route → Accept matched requests → Collect pickup OTP → Deliver → Collect delivery OTP → Get paid

Carryo is built for India — UPI payments, Aadhaar KYC, local address search with landmark support.
