## What is CarryPorter?

CarryPorter connects senders with verified travellers heading their way — turning unused luggage space into a fast, affordable way to send items across cities and countries.

Whether you need to send a document, gift, or personal item, CarryPorter lets you find travellers already flying your route who can carry it for you — often faster and cheaper than traditional courier services.

HOW IT WORKS
- Travellers post their upcoming trips and available luggage space
- Senders browse trips along their route and send a request to a traveller
- Both sides negotiate a price directly in-app
- Secure escrow payment protects both parties until delivery is confirmed
- Two-step OTP verification ensures safe handovers at pickup and drop-off

SAFETY FIRST
- All users complete KYC verification (Aadhaar + PAN) before transacting
- In-app chat is AI-moderated to keep communication safe and on-platform
- Travellers can inspect items before accepting, and refuse anything that doesn't match the description
- Dispute resolution support if anything goes wrong

BUY & BRING
Need someone to purchase an item on your behalf during their trip? CarryPorter's Buy & Bring feature lets travellers shop for you and bring it along — perfect for items unavailable in your city or country.

WHO IT'S FOR
- Travellers who want to earn extra income on trips they're already taking
- Families and friends sending gifts or essentials across distances
- Anyone
