It’s going to look really bad on the foldable iPhone this fall if you don’t update it. ### 4/5 — Fantastic platform *2026-05-13, version 26.3* Love this app, I’m on it constantly. Please change 2 things: 1) I need to re-login all the time. It feels like every week. It doesn’t affect a lot functionally, but is really annoying 2) persistent notifications on the island and Home Screen often don’t update when live bidding is happening. And a quick feature request- please find a way for me to pick which auction I’m monitoring from the persistent island notification. Any customization on that widget would be fantastic. For example: Sometimes I don’t want the widget to reappear each time a new bid is placed if I’ve swiped it away. Maybe that can be a setting choice? Only gripe I have is the year select when searching for cars, most of us are looking for 90s and up cars, it would be nice to have the drop down start from 2026 and work down to save me .2 seconds ofcourse. Also, had a question for the next Carpod- how often do you guys drive each others cars. You guys should also come up to Portland Oregon for quirky car spotting. Cheers! ### 3/5 — A website in an app shell *2026-02-01, version 26.1.1* My biggest complaint is that if I don’t use the app for ~7 days, it logs me out. On iOS and macOS there’s a credential store called KeyChain, I am using username and password auth so they can issue a token, store that and never log me out! The “app” is visibly a website, not a native app, and it hurts the experience. I know they are using react, but if you sprinkle some react native in there you can get a pretty decent experience! ### 3/5 — Need help signing in *2026-01-10, version 25.12.1* The app used to work great but now when I try to sign in with username/password, the “sign in” button is greyed out. I can sign in just fine on a computer. It will bring low ball offers from dealers around the country. Even if you set a reserve they will approve it and then they will side with dealers to tell you the reserve was too high to help dealers buy the car below market after it doesn’t sell during auction. They will refuse to delete the listing after it doesn’t sell if the seller was private owner. However they do in fact delete listings to help dealers sell cars above market. Definitely avoid this platform if you want to not lose money. ### 1/5 — No real search options *2026-02-20, version 26.1.1* I periodically rotate through some of my clutter and have used the traditional site but I decided to see what this app was all about but I’ve been greatly disappointed. The search options are extremely limited so I won’t be listing my cars here because without a proper search function I feel like my cars will be lost in a pond of other small fish and my M cars just won’t be found unless someone blindly stumbles on my cars because I see no way to search for a specific car ### 1/5 — No android app *2026-01-31, version 26.1.1* I bought an iPhone so I could give this app a 1 star review for not existing on android. Found out after “winning” the auction that cars and bids had done zero due diligence to ensure the seller had the title or that car was truly ready for sale. They have been nothing but a headache afterwords and unwilling to refund money despite their word stating otherwise. DO NOT ASSUME THEY WILL HELP YOU! ### 2/5 — Biased to dealers *2026-08-11, version 26.7.2* Dealers have more incentive and therefore get better deals. This site is not for enthusiasts at all. They won’t delete ads after a sale or not sale is complete. Clicking notifications for alerts will open the app and it just hangs. Restarting the app and having to re-login after a time is relatively acceptable, but Face ID doesn’t load up the login credentials and it still requires a manual tap into the field to get it to load from saved passwords. ### 2/5 — Unreliable app *2025-04-27, version 1.10* The app is slow and unreliable.
