I am extremely unhappy with this app and its misleading pricing scheme. I initially subscribed for a seven-day trial of the Cookie Baking Games app, and during the sign-up process, there was a prompt to get six other games for free as a bundle. I thought this was a great offer and downloaded all of the games. However, when I tried to use one of the other games, a pop-up appeared saying that I need to confirm a subscription, which I did.After the sign up for one of those games ,  I was charged $59.99 right away instead of it being free. Now, I don't know how to get my money back, and I feel like I've been scammed. This is unacceptable, and I demand a refund.

Overall, I cannot recommend this app to anyone. The pricing scheme is misleading, and it's not clear what you're paying for. As a customer, I feel cheated and frustrated. Stay away from this app and save yourself the headache.

I paid to subscribe, and it keeps showing up for me to pay again. That's absurd.

My kid loves this game but for being just a simple kids game it is crazy overpriced. I would be fine paying $5 per month but they bill you annually so you have to pay the $60 upfront for the year subscription. I highly doubt my kid would be interested in this game for more than a month or two. Make your subscription a monthly charge!

We reached out right away when we found out that our 3 year made the $59.99 subscription. We cancelled the subscription and right away reached out requesting a refund. We do not want to keep a subscription nor care if we lose all access. We just want our money back.

I bought a yearly  subscription but am unable to login because it says 3 devices logged in already which is incorrect
