Your car's Check Engine Light came on. The code is P0301. You have no idea what that means, and you're about to pay a mechanic $150 just to read it.

CarSense changes that. Pair an ELM327-compatible Bluetooth Low Energy OBD2 adapter and read the trouble codes stored in your vehicle's computer — then let AI tell you what each code means, how urgent it is, whether you can keep driving, what likely caused it, and what the repair will cost. In plain English, tailored to your specific make, model, and year.

NO PROPRIETARY HARDWARE

Works with most ELM327-compatible Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) OBD2 adapters — around $40 on Amazon. No $60-$120 locked-in dongle required. Built and tested with several ELM327 BLE adapters — the Veepeak OBDCheck BLE+ (our recommended adapter), the Veepeak OBDCheck BLE, the Vgate iCar Pro, and the LELink2; most other common ELM327 BLE dongles are designed to work too. If you already own a compatible BLE OBD2 adapter, you can start scanning right now. (Classic Bluetooth — non-BLE — adapters are not supported on iPhone.)

Supports any 1996 or newer vehicle sold in the US. Requires iPhone 12 or later running iOS 17 or later.
