Service was so-so at first but convenient. Smudged windows and sickly sweet perfume. Lately it’s been horrible service. The workers always show up hours early, when I’m at work with the car and then act as if it’s my fault they can’t keep an appointment. Sometimes they just don’t show up at all. Other times they arrive a week later saying I have an appointment, which I do not. Or they message me that they don’t operate in Aramco. I’m not in Aramco. My location is abundantly clear and far away from that compound. This has happened 3 times now. When they finally understand this they say that they’re not working at that time. Just lies to skip their work it seems. I have ordered a service at 7pm and it was confirmed by the app. The provider started calling me at 5:30pm when I was busy. I tried to contact the customer service by 3 means.. calls, through the application, and WhatsApp to get my money back, and they never replied. I placed another order and selected the pay on delivery options.. the service was completed on time (steam wash). However, it was bad, hands and finger prints was left on car exterior body.
